At Pharmved.shop, we strive to deliver your Ayurvedic products quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we process and deliver orders.

1. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver across all major cities and towns in India.
Some remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Charges

Free delivery is available on all orders within India.
No hidden charges are applied at checkout.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery time: 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
Remote or rural areas may take a little longer.
Delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or unforeseen events.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
You can track your shipment directly through the courier’s website or our Track Order page.

6. Undelivered Orders

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order may be returned to us.
Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package is delivered damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Returns Policy.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India.
International shipping may be added in the future.
